We are actively recruiting quality customer service professionals who are seeking a challenging and rewarding career as a Customer Sales Representative in the Orange County and Inland Empire Area.

The Customer Sales Representative is responsible for establishing an excellent relationship with the customer, capturing the job and managing the relationship from the beginning of repairs until the delivery of the vehicle. They will also follow up on after repairs to maintain an ongoing relationship with Fix Auto.

These duties include:
• Ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction including updating the customer on their progress
• Answer phone line in a prompt and professional manner
• General office duties including maintenance of customer files
• Interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale
• Uphold the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements
• Understand and follow work rules and procedures

Skills/Qualifications:
• Prior Sales Experience or prior Customer Service Experience required
• Excellent phone communication skills
• Must be able to multi-task
• Detail oriented
• A strong focus on quality
• Candidates must be energetic, organized and be a team player
• Must be computer literate and able to use web based software
• Sales experience preferred
• Some estimating skills preferred
• Bilingual a plus, but not required
• Training provided
