This is your chance to join a winning team. Motor Coach Industries (MCI), an industry leader in Charter and Luxury Touring Coaches, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Dallas, TX. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for Managing all Maintenance and Parts personnel and activities within facility. Ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction through revenue growth.

Primary Responsibilities
●Supervise the parts and service departments and management of these resources ensuring productivity, customer satisfaction, safety compliance and company policies are followed.
●Customer satisfaction through communications, growth, and retention initiatives.
●Schedule all technicians work through planning. Ability to assist in troubleshooting.
●Develop and implement sales plan for service and parts. Solicits and markets work through customer contacts in order to meet financial requirements established for service center.
●Maintain the building facility to include all shop tools, and equipment.
●P&L responsibility for the facility to include sales growth and customer retention.

Educational / Experience Requirements
●High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or technical school preferred
●7or more years in related industry; Supervisory experience of 3 years of more

●Strong interpersonal communication skills
