Job Description:
SERVICE MANAGER
Seeking a Service Manager whose daily operations will include:
• Receiving Service calls from various customers
• Maintain Service Shop and Yard
• Responsible for ensuring that the equipment at the branch is maintained as per
manufacturers specifications and recommendations as well as applicable federal, state, and local regulations and company policies and operating procedures
• Responsible for ensuring that equipment inspections are up to date
• Responsible for maintaining adequate staffing of qualified, competent and courteous service department personnel
• Responsible for ensuring that tools and equipment at the applicable branch are maintained as per company policy, manufacturer’s recommendations and specifications as well as applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Responsible for ensuring that Service Department personnel are adequately trained
• Responsible for timely and efficient responses to customer service calls
• Responsible for timely and accurate data entry work order information is entered into the accounting system
• Responsible for ensuring Service Department personnel are performing work in a timely and efficient manner
• Responsible for ensuring work is scheduled in a timely and efficient manner
• Promoting service sales
• Overseeing the repair process
• Issuing and coordinating work orders for service technicians
• Troubleshooting and assisting Service Technicians with technical solutions

Relevant Work Experience:
Five years in the heavy equipment industry. Previous experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic on heavy equipment is a plus. Familair and comfortable with cranes and equipment service. Applicant needs to be a good team builder and have good
