Job Expectations:
The Repair Planner for Fix Auto must be a professional in every aspect of collision repair and must be proficient with most insurance company direct referral programs.
These duties include:
* Proficient with both Mitchell and CCC estimating systems
* Write a complete repair plan after the vehicle is disassembled
* Coordinate communication with the Customer Sales Representative
* Allocate labor resources
* Source, order & receive parts per insurer and company guidelines
* Manage the repair process
* Meet minimum CSI & cycle time requirements
* Oversee repair quality
* File documentation and pictures
* Pre-close the file

The Repair Planner must possess the following skill sets:
