Maintenance Mechanics repair and maintain equipment for the material recycling facility. Responsibilities include performing plant and building maintenance including but not limited to painting, plumbing, carpentry, and light welding. Maintenance Mechanics are also responsible for performing daily machine inspections by looking for cracks, hydraulic leaks, belt tracking, and cleaning debris from shafts. Maintenance Mechanics utilize an internal computer system to track preventative maintenance and monitor part inventory.
