PARTS REPRESENTATIVE
Seeking Parts Representative whose daily operations will include:
• Receiving orders from various customers
• Research part numbers and availability online and by phone from various manufacturers
• Quote parts orders for customers
• Place parts orders
• Receive parts into inventory
• Arrange for shipment of parts to customers
• Process packing slips, purchase orders, parts sales, and invoices into computer system
• Work with Service Manager and Service Technicians to facilitate parts for service jobs
