Maintenance - Body Damage Manager

Avis Budget Group is searching for a dedicated Maintenance Manager . This exciting and important position will provide oversight assistance to our existing team in shop supervision and be willing and able to learn Body Damage Manager functions as we wish to cross train our team members.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
● Manage automotive damage and repairs
● Manage vendor relationships to verify that vehicles are repaired in accordance with damage appraisals and ensure all repairs are properly documented per Company standards
● Assist in Parts, Turnback, Body Damage and other Fleet related managerial duties as/when needed to ensure full efficiency of Fleet Department
● Partner with Operations management to develop and implement programs, practices and solutions to attain business objectives
● Operate ADP and other fleet systems, as required.

Required Experience
● Minimum of one year of supervisory management experience required;
● Minimum of one to three years of supervisory experience in a vehicle maintenance industry.
● Effective supervisory, communication, organizational, and creative problem solving skills.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
● Effective supervisory, communication, organizational, and creative problem solving skills
● Ability to effectively interact with vendors, customers and the public.
● Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
● Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
● Appraisal License, preferred but not required.
● Travel is limited to occasional visits to outlying locations.
