This is an ideal position for an experienced van trailer/container mechanic with 1 year or more of industry experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
● Repairs/replaces components on the trailer body i.e. panel and side post repair and replacement, rail splice / replacement, roof repair/replacements, door header repair/replacement, chassis repair, sub-frame repair/replacement.
● Performs annual vehicle inspections (AVIs), brake jobs, ABS diagnoses and repair, lighting repairs, suspension problem diagnosis and repair, and Trailer-Trac diagnoses and repair.

Requirements
1. Valid driver’s license.
2. Basic welding skills.
3. High School Diploma or GED required. Technical degree preferred.
4. 1 or more years of industry experience in van trailer/container repair.
5. Basic computer skills required.
6. Must have necessary tools to perform job function.
7. Certified Brake Inspector and Annual Vehicle Inspector.
8. Strong customer service skills.
9. Strong oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to read technical manuals.
10. Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and written, and have the ability to read and understand English.
