Heavy Diesel Truck Mechanic
Position Description: -
Our client is looking for trade qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanics. Successful candidates must have experience coming from a retail dealership background, and will have experience working on Kenworth trucks.

The employer is willing to offer sponsorship and other assistance to suitable applicants to help them obtain working visas for Australia with the possibility of permanent residence status in the future.

This position would suit someone who may have worked in Canada or the United States within the Kenworth dealer network.
Job Description
• Diesel fitters must be able to detect faults and then repair and maintain engines with a wide variety of applications.
• 5+ year’s hands on, post apprenticeship experience.
• Extensive knowledge in the repair and maintenance of Kenworth Heavy diesel vehicles
• Able to read, understand, & apply information from manuals & computers including trouble-shooting documents.
• Strong "Diagnostic" skills.
• Strong verbal & documentation skills.
• Strong character & work ethic.
• Dependable, responsible team player with a positive attitude
